All you need to know about management was the main focus of this year's conference.

This year’s Conference took place between 21-23 February at High Leigh,
facilitated by Sam Monaghan,Area Director for Barnardos. The Conference focused around the theme of Management. With more than 30 youth workers in attendance they were invited to explore the many issues around Management, such as: What is Management? How can I manage my Management Committee? How can I manage my volunteers?

The Conference has been running for several years and,as well as giving youth and children's workers’ the chance to reflect on issues relating to
their work, it is also a valuable opportunity for people to meet
together and share ideas and experiences with each other.
