The Wisely Music Festival
7-9 June
RHS Garden Wisely, Woking Surrey

The Wisely Music Festival will feature an eclectic mix of talent, from opera singer Katherine Jenkins to tribute acts, The Counterfeit Stones and Killer Queen. No tents are needed here – those wanting to attend all three days are advised to stay at the local Hilton hotel.

O2 Wireless Festival
14-17 June
Hyde Park, London, and Harewood House, Leeds

The O2 Wireless Festival is now firm fixture on the music calendar. It takes place in two locations – Hyde Park (14-17 June) and Harewood House (15-17 June) – and features a number of bands that play both venues. Headline acts this year include: The White Stripes and Kaiser Chiefs

Young Carers Festival
29 June – 1 July
YMCA Fairthorne Manor, Southampton

This annual celebration of young carers will once again return to YMCA Fairthorne Manor in Southampton. The event is organised jointly by the Children’s Society and the YMCA Fairthorne Group and last year attracted more than 1,500 young carers across the UK and abroad. Events for this year’s festival are yet to be confirmed but expect a mix of bands, sports activities and workshops. The weekend is only open to young carers.

H3 Music Festival
29 June - 1 July 2007, Bradwell Abbey

H3 is described as the 3 Counties premier Christian Music festival however its welcome extends to others as well as Christians. It offers not only a variety of music, but a host of other activities or just the opportunity to take it easy and relax in an informal friendly atmosphere.
Costs: Adult weekend ticket £20, Day ticket £10-15, youth/OAP weekend ticket £15 day ticket £8-12

Ashton Court Festival
14-15 July, Bristol

The future of Aston Court Festival currently hangs in the balance after damage at last year’s event left organisers with a £100,000 debt. But they remain optimistic it will go ahead. The festival takes place on Ashton Court Estate in Bristol and features more than 150 local acts.
Cost: Free for under 14’s. From £7 for over 14’s

Sound Music Festival
21 July, Kingston Lacy, Wimborne, Dorset

A wide variety of acts will take to the stage at the third Sound Music Festival. Performers include folk band Directorsound, poet Marcus Smykowski and video artist Emily Paige. Local unsigned acts will also showcase their talents.

Creation Fest 
3-5 August 2007 - Woolacombe, Devon

Creation Fest 3-5 August 2007 is a FREE Christian music festival held in Woolacombe, Devon. As Creation is free to attend, simply turn up and enjoy the awesome line up of bands.

The bands confirmed so far are:Four Kornerz, Superhero, Universal Royalty, Lz7, Neil Wilson, dweeb and many more.

Greenbelt
24-27 August 2007, Cheltenham Racecourse 

Greenbelt takes place from 24-27 August 2007 at Cheltenham Racecourse. The Christian festival has something for all ages, so you will certainly find activities to satisfy you.You'll experience a variety of music from the delights of Soweto Kinch and Billy Bragg to Chas and Dave, worship sessions, debates, meeting like-minded people and much more.

Edinburgh Festival Fringe
Edinburgh, 5-27 August

The fringe festival claims to be the biggest of its kind in the world. Last year, more than 28,000 performances were staged in 260 venues. Performers ranged from unknowns to big-name acts. The line up is yet to be confirmed.
Cost: Some performances are free but process vary depending on the act
