This year's Conference takes place:
Monday 4th - Wednesday 6th February 2008,
Feldon Lodge, Hemel Hempstead
Cost:  £110 (you should be able to claim this from your church)


The Methodist Conference 2007 approved the development of a five year pilot programme for a national participation strategy. This year's Methodist Youth and Children Workers' (MYCW) Conference will focus on the specific area of Participation.


Particpation - Conference theme

We will have a range of experts in the field of Participation and the Conference will challenge each worker to ensure that we are embracing children and young people in the decision-making process as much as we should.

The Conference will examine good practice and encourage participants to reflect upon how to achieve these strategies in our work.


How to book your place

The booking form is available to download now. Please note that the booking form must be completed by the end of this year, 2007. 

As the event is highly recommended places should go quickly. We advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.
